If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 2 days of receiving your product for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) when requesting a return.
How to Return Your Product

Refund Process
- Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (if applicable).
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Partial Refunds: In the case of a product being returned with missing parts or packaging, or if the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
